RP Solutions is proud to introduce the next step in S/FMNP processing. As states begin to transition to an electronic redemption solution, RP Solutions will be here to support you with our Hybrid electronic coupon processing solution.

With the hybrid solution, RP Solutions’ Transaction Processing Services (TPS) Platform will provide a complete Payment Processing Solution including S/FMNP payment clearing, tracking, and reporting services. The key difference with our unique hybrid solution is that Farmers will now have three options for coupon redemption. These options are available to support high volume Farmers, Farmers who wish to process electronically, as well as Farmers without access to smartphones or internet connectivity who prefer a paper option. Our goal is to preserve 100% Farmer participation, by ensuring all Farmers are fully supported.

RP Solutions also provides a fully electronic processing solution. RP Solutions’ fully electronic solution is available to states as a starting point, but the vast majority of our customers start with the hybrid solution and transition to the fully electronic model after 1-2 years. The same Farmer Mobile Application is used for both our hybrid and fully electronic solutions, therefore, transitioning is incredible simple or Farmers as they are already onboarded. Farmer understanding and acceptance is already secured - and even program participants have experience with a QR code based payment process. The only change is that participants are provided with a benefit card with a stored value account or mobile app. With the fully electronic solution participants also have access to a portal that contains information such as an interactive map to locate Markets, nutrition and program information, as well as their transaction history.
