A positive and successful customer experience is paramount at RP Solutions, which is why both the Customer Success Team and the Development Team report directly to the President. Unlike many organizations today, RP Solutions’ President and leadership team is highly engaged and active in the day-to-day business and our long-term relationships with our customers. From top down to bottom up, RP Solutions’ employees are focused on providing our customers the best experience possible, with each and every interaction.
Combined, our Leadership Team has over 70 years experience with RP Solutions, the payments industry, and our customers.
David started RP Solutions in 1995 and remains the President & CEO today. Directly leading the Development and Customer Success Teams to provide our customers with the best service and solutions possible.
Susan joined RP Solutions in 2003. Responsible for providing the best possible Customer Experience and managing the Finance, HR, and Admin Teams.
Scott joined RP Solutions in 1996. Responsible for providing the best possible Customer Experience and managing the Information Technology Team.
